Office Mission

To provide unsurpassed orthodontic care in a friendly and fun environment to achieve beautiful, healthy smiles and lasting relationships.

Appointments

Our patients are seen by appointments, usually scheduled at 2 to 8 weeks intervals. Each appointment will be scheduled at the conclusion of the previous appointment. Although we try to make every effort to schedule your appointments at your convenient hours, procedures that require longer treatment time are scheduled in the morning or early in the afternoon. During the course of orthodontic treatment, it is imperative that you do not miss a scheduled appointment. Your treatment must be monitored on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality of orthodontic care that we can provide. Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24-hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

If you are late for an appointment, you are always welcome to wait for an opening in the schedule. Sometimes there may not be an opening until the end of the day, and it may be easier to reschedule your appointment. When an appointment has to be rescheduled for any reason, we ask that you take the next available appointment to prevent treatment delays. Because our appointments are scheduled in advance, we reschedule appointments on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Insurance and Financial Terms

Our highly trained staff is committed to helping you understand and maximize your insurance benefits. We ask that you bring all of the insurance information we would need to help determine the benefits.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Our office offers a variety of payment options and will help you choose the plan that best suits the needs of you and your family. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit.
